Lushan Fog Tea is one of China's Ten Famous Green tea.Which produced in the JiangXi province of China. The tea is grown near Lushan Mountain, which is a high mountain tea, full of fog, which result the good quality contain lots of Catechin, good for health.
The best teas are picked in the early Spring . When picking the tea, only the new tea buds and the leaf next to the bud are picked.When infused in hot water this tea produces a clear liquid with a lightly sweet taste and a fresh floral fragrance.
Brewing Guide:
1. Generally use 4g green tea per 200ml (7oz) water.
2. The water temperature for brewing green tea should be around 80º C.
3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, and wait for about 2 minutes’ infusion.
4. Then enjoy the tea. Could brew 3-4 times.
