An Ji White Tea, also called An Ji Bai Cha. The tea
actually is a green tea. As it harvest from White Tea Plant in Anji
city.It harvest start from early spring and last about a month. The
standard picking is one bud with one or two tenderleaves under one inch
long. About 2,000 leaves will make one ounce of tea.
Research found
that the tea plant has low chlorophyll and polyphenols content but is
very rich in amino acids. It has almost twice the amount comparing to
other green teas. Amino acid helps suppress cortisol and reduces stress.
An Ji Bai Cha harvest area is now a protected. Only the leaves picked
within destinated area can be considered as An Ji Bai Cha. This tea is
certified organic by China Organic Product.
The taste is refreshingly delicate and soothing, with a slight hint of flowers sweetness in its aroma.
